As your local Lindal Cedar Home provider, we work closely with you to build your dream home with custom milled red cedar shipped from British Columbia and Washington State. What services do we provide?

Choose one of our high quality designs, provide your own design, or our designer will help you create a floor plan.
We provide step-by-step guidance and will prepare a costing study you can use to obtain a mortgage.
We can build your home or you can choose your own contractor and we will work closely with your contractor from the beginning to the end of the planning and building process. Our contractor has extensive experience building post and beam homes and has been building homes in the Western Carolina area since 1995. Let us take you on a tour of his work.
We provide guidance at each stage of your project including site evaluation, design, contractor evaluation, scheduling, and building permits.
