Use a preferred list of long-standing subcontractors
Conduct site visits to ensure a great lot-fit of your custom designed home
Provide you "Open Book Accounting" of your project
Utilize Gantt chart project management software to manage your building process
Can provide you the option of having your home be "Green Built" & Energy-Star Certified
Shaw Building & Design, Inc. also holds a contractor's license in the state of Minnesota
