About Us

Majestic Peaks Custom Homes is owned and operated by Brent and Stephanie Hughes. Brent and Stephanie are both Civil Engineers, graduates of the University of Manitoba and Colorado School of Mines respectively.

Brent has worked as a Project Manager for over 20 years on every aspect of construction engineering including commercial high rises, mega dams, highways, bridges, tunnels, marine structures, multiple residential structures, high end residential and building renovations.

Stephanie has worked in engineering for over 10 years in several areas including construction engineering for tunnels, bridges, and marine structures, as well as land development design.

Brent and Stephanie met while working on a tunnel project at the infamous "Big Dig" in Boston, Massachusetts. After which, they successfully completed two jobs in the Caribbean.

And last but not least... we can't leave out our pup, Maya, who will greet you at the door when you come to visit our show home. She was a stray that was born under the bridge that we built in Puerto Rico and we couldn't resist bringing her home with us!

This dealership has provided service to the Montrose/Ridgway/Telluride area since 1995 and we have now expanded to actively service the Grand Junction and Crested Butte markets as well.
