WH0 ARE WE?

We are Hoyt and Susan Andres, owners of Highlands Custom Cedar Homes. In 2002 we built our Lindal Dream Home in Highlands, North Carolina. At the time, we envisioned our Lindal as our weekend and holiday home—and someday our permanent home. Our Lindal Cedar Home has exceeded our expectations in design and quality and truly is our Dream Home.

When we moved permanently to Highlands, we became the independent distributor of Lindal Cedar Homes in this area. Our goal is to help you make your Lindal Dream Home in the beautiful Western North Carolina Mountains a reality.

WHAT SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE?

1. We help you choose one of our high quality Lindal custom designs. You can provide your own design, or a Lindal designer will help you create a floor plan.
2. We provide step-by-step guidance and will prepare a cost study you can use to obtain a mortgage.
3. We can help you choose a mortgage lender who is familiar with Lindal Cedar Homes and construction and permanent financing options.
4. We can assist you in choosing a contractor and we will work closely with your contractor from the beginning to the end of the planning and building process. We provide guidance at each stage of your project including site evaluation, design and inventory of Lindal materials on arrival at your building site.
5. If you are not able to be onsite as often as you would like, we will even e-mail you photographs of your Lindal Dream Home as construction progresses!
