CANYON VISTA HOMES Owned and operated by Keith and Rose Delzer. We have been independent dealers for Lindal Homes and Sunrooms since July, 2004. Our Lindal Home was built in 2005, and we opened our new design center/showroom in October 2006. Our showroom is located at 1013 Bridge St., Suite A, in Clarkston, Washington, 99403. Phone 509-751-1122 Keith has been in management in the forest products industry for 33 years and Rose has also worked for building contractors in an office manager capacity for many years. Our combined experience of home building and remodeling is 25 years. We have the experience of working with customers from the design and planning stages, site visits, assisting with the financing and permits to the delivery of their new home.
